Describe your need.

A few lines are enough to start the conversation: context, product, possible deadline and the type of support you are looking for.

I usually reply within 24 to 48 business hours.

Before you get in touch

Frequently asked questions before a first exchange.

A few details about my service area and how a first point of contact works.

Do you work in Belgium, Brussels or remotely?

Based in Waterloo, I work with organisations in Brussels, Wallonia, Flanders or remotely. Workshops, audits, interface reviews, user tests and design follow-up can take place on site, in hybrid mode or fully remotely depending on the project needs.

How does a first point of contact work?

The simplest way is to email or call me with a brief description of your context and your need. I then suggest a first exchange, by phone or video call, to frame the problem, the scope and the most suitable format: one-off audit, long-term engagement or team reinforcement.

What information should you provide for a first exchange?

A few elements are enough to get started: the type of product (website, business application, SaaS…), the problem encountered or the goal, any deadline, and the desired format (audit, support, workshop). This information helps me prepare the exchange and quickly point to the right approach.
